Get crate or file

• After loading a crate, add a triple to the graph that maps the Root Data Entity's @id to the MinIO URL of the crate
• New get-crate command to download a crate based on its Root Data Entity @id
• New a get-file command to get a single file from a crate (downloads the zip to a temporary dir)
